It "Does not recognize the camera" message pops up - only supports Canon and Nikon. I also tried various means to hook up my CamRanger up to it to no avail. They wrote it off as a "Poorly explained" instruction. No live view is possible where photographer has control at the camera position with their cell/tablet app, just remote trigger but not a viewer only. Support just emailed me saying it will not work with cellphones or tablets, just a Windows or Apple iMac or the Big Stuff. Well, the camera controls do not work! Just a dark black screen and nothing via any camera controls works on it.
